Hotel & Spa Poco a Poco, has a total of 30 deluxe rooms ranging from singles to doubles, triples and quadruples. They all have a comfortable private bath with a hot water shower, bathrobes, retractable chrome clothesline, lighted wall mounted mirror and hair dryer. All rooms are equipped with a telephone for international calls, alarm clock, coffee maker with coffee from Monteverde, iron, ironing board, cable, flat screen TV, DVD player, safe deposit box and very comfortable orthopedic king and queen beds. Starting on January 1st 2014, Hotel & Spa Poco a Poco will divide its room inventory into two separate categories. The main difference between room types is based on location, view from room and interior space, room’s amenities are the same at both categories. Quetzal rooms: The best category of rooms. 18 units with beautiful views to the forest and surrounding valley. Quetzal rooms are located on higher floors, by the forest or garden areas. Bromelia rooms: In terms of amenities, these rooms offer the same equipment than the Quetzal rooms, these rooms are on ground levels, they lack the element of view. Nevertheless, guests have access to all hotel areas and services. Sustainability is present in all parts of the hotel operation; Hotel & Spa Poco a Poco has a 4 level category on the Sustainable Tourism Certification sponsored by the Costa Rican Tourism Board; Green and Blue Ecological Flags for two consecutive periods due to its efforts for water preservation and Co2 mitigation.
