Latitude 10 is located oceanfront in the beautiful area of Santa Teresa of Mal Pais, on the southernmost part of the Nicoya Peninsula, within walking distance of other attractions such as Mal Pais, Playa Carmen, Montezuma and many more. The cottages are beautifully and harmoniously developed in stone, cement and wood, combining perfectly with the environment that surrounds the complex. The pool is the favorite site for hot afternoons typical of the area. It is surrounded by green tropical gardens with beautiful plants and trees and gives the impression of swimming in the sea. It is located about 35 meters from the beach. Among the optional activities in the area are horseback riding, either in the woods or on the beach and walks, tours to Montezuma, Canopy, snokeling, fishing, surfing lessons and many other options.
