El Establo Mountain Hotel, your home at the mountain, began its work in the year 1991 and there is a story behind the name. Our hotel began with the effort of a family that changed their cows by tourism. It all began transforming the stable from the farm into 12 cozy rooms, hence the name was born. Today 20 years later, with 155 rooms, we only have the memory of livestock. But forging a desire to provide the highest quality of hotel services to all our customers and suppliers. Our hotel is characterized by a high interest in preserving the natural environment, which is why we are implementing an Environmental Management System that sets us apart in our region. Our desire is to share with you the intention of preserving the biodiversity of our ecosystem.
